First I'd like to welcome my fellow Longmont Weight Watchers. Howdy!
I had a small gain this week which I blame on too much eating on the run and not enough cooking at home and planning meals.
I also have a tendancy to overeat when I'm tired, and I've been exhausted this week physically and mentally with charter school meetings and reading. Plus I'm coming down with a head cold.
However, I was able to comfortably get into my tightest jeans so that's a plus this week.
Looking forward to next week's weigh in since I'm planning to do a lot more healthy cooking this week, like soups which are just the perfect thing for my cold.

Lowest weight: 135 pounds on March 20, 2004
Restart program weight: 144.6 pounds on January 8, 2005
New goal: 135 pounds
